About the Team & Program
The mission for the NextGen Programme is to help grow our future leaders by teaching them the "Careem Way" of high-standard execution. Our Business NextGens learn Data-Driven Decision Making, Agile Operations, and Customer-Centric Design. This program covers four key pillars:
- Product: The bridge between user needs and engineering reality.
- Marketing: The engine behind growth, brand love, and user retention.
- Finance: The guardians of unit economics and sustainable growth.
- People: The architects of our culture and talent density.
What You’ll Do
As a NextGen, you will:
- Collaborate: Work alongside engineers, product owners, and city managers to solve complex operational challenges across Pakistan.
- Drive Growth: Execute and monitor experiments—whether it’s a new pricing model in Karachi or a marketing campaign in Lahore.
- Optimize with AI: Use AI tools to automate manual workflows, analyze customer sentiment, or streamline financial reporting.
- Data Analysis: Use SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel to pull insights that lead to better "Captain" or "Customer" experiences.
- Deliver Impact: Own a specific project from ideation to execution as part of a cross-functional agile team.
What You’ll Need
We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Math or Social Sciences
- Ability to tackle loosely defined problems and adapt to fast-changing requirements.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
