Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to support and enhance our AI/ML development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning model development, AI-driven applications, and a strong background in deploying AI solutions efficiently and securely. This role is critical in driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and optimizing AI-powered features within our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Development & Implementation:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance our platform’s capabilities, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work with Agents, Prompt Engineering, Swarms, Transformers, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and other advanced AI concepts to power innovative solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Leverage AWS SageMaker, Databricks (Lakehouse), and ETL pipelines to build, train, and deploy robust end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Implement NLP models for processing both structured and unstructured data, focusing on Social Security Disability applications.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve high accuracy, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.
Infrastructure & Integration:
- Stay current with leading AI frameworks and communities, such as LangChain, LangGraph, and HuggingFace to accelerate development of advanced language-based solutions, leverage open-source innovation, and integrate best practices into our AI/ML workflows.
- Deploy AI models within cloud-based environments, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, AppRunner, SageMaker, and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with our existing Python, React, .NET, and SQL Server-based applications.
- Utilize Redis (ElastiCache), OpenSearch, and DynamoDB for AI-driven data storage and retrieval.
Security & Compliance:
- Ensure AI applications adhere to HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements.
- Manage IAM roles, permissions, and security groups to maintain secure access to AI resources.
Collaboration & Optimization:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Software Developers, and DevOps Engineers.
- Continuously improve AI development and deployment processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- Research and implement cutting-edge AI advancements to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Able to work efficiently with Python and popular AI frameworks like LangGraph/LangChain
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model optimization techniques.
- Experience supporting development teams using React, .NET, SQL Server, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and OpenSearch for AI-driven applications.
- Understanding of automated testing and deployment.
