Job Title: Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor

Location: Ottawa Campus, 161 Greenbank Rd, Suite 201, Nepean, ON K2H 5V6

Hours:  Thursdays, 2:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

Start Date: Immediate

End Date: February 14, 2027

Compensation: $35/ hr - $40/ hr

The Opportunity:

The Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance and mentoring to students as they move from the textbook to the hands-on practical clinic setting. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Advise students on treatment safety pre-treatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients.
• Clinical rounds – checking in on every student when possible, asking questions pertaining to client’s assessment, treatment plan & long-term care.
• Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request.
• Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors about each shift. Provide updates, student information, supplies needed, unexcused absences, client relations, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

What you bring to the position:

• Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Massage Therapy Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
• Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills
