Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of Customer Due Diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
Map existing business processes using industry-standard tools.
dentify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Risk to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives, including automation and digitisation efforts.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process changes.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Assist in the development of training materials and support change management activities.
