Business Analyst - Management Consultant

Relevant Experience - 7 to 10 Years

Testing (Manual & Automated):

Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies for complex applications.

Design and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.

Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous manual and automated testing processes.

Automated testing will be added weightage

Application Migration:

Drive and support application migration projects across platforms or environments.

Perform impact analysis and validate data integrity during migration.

Collaborate with technical teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transition.

Requirements Documentation:

Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

Requirements Gathering & Prioritization:

Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and prioritize business requirements.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to align requirements with business objectives.

Tools & Collaboration:

Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management and Confluence for documentation.

Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and testing artifacts.

Detailed Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of data flows, system interfaces, and business processes.

Identify gaps, dependencies, and propose optimized solutions.

Review & Validation:

Review functional specifications and design documents to ensure:

Complete requirements traceability.

Solution aligns with business needs and is fit for purpose.
