Marketing Coordinator Internship

At Trengo, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Coordinator Intern 🎓 to join our marketing team 🚀. In this role, you will support our Integrated Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing strategies 📈 across a variety of channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently. What your job looks like 📝

• Integrated Marketing Support: Assist with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, covering blogs, events, PR, and social media.

• Project Management: Own project planning, publishing, and tracking using tools like Notion, ensuring that key projects are delivered on time.

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content 🎨 for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc. This includes both copywriting ✍️ and visual design using tools like Canva and Figma.

• Event Support: Attend and support local industry events 🎤, documenting takeaways and providing logistical assistance.

What you will bring to the role 🙌

• Background 🎓: You are currently registered as a student and will be for the duration of the internship.

• Availability: Able to work 40 hours per week 🕒, with at least two days per week in our office in Utrecht.

• Project Management Skills: Comfortable using project management tools. Notion experience is a nice plus 🗂️

• Content Creation ✍️🎨: Basic copywriting skills and familiarity with visual design tools like Canva and/or Figma.

• Curiosity & Initiative: Naturally curious 🔍, eager to learn, and ready to support wider marketing efforts with minimal oversight.

• Communication: Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines 💬🤝
