In this role, you will report to the Head of Product Marketing & Adoption and work as an individual contributor, executing hands-on product marketing work that drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Positioning & Messaging: Build and continuously refine vertical-specific positioning, messaging frameworks, and use cases that translate Trengo's platform capabilities into clear value propositions and tangible ROI for target industries.

  • Sales Enablement & Collateral: Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, discovery guides, demo scripts, and one-pagers that accelerate sales cycles.

  • Go-to-Market Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Revenue Marketing to support integrated, product-led campaigns that generate qualified pipeline through targeted industry messaging.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct win/loss interviews and customer research to validate positioning, identify opportunities, and share actionable insights with Marketing leadership and Sales to help refine ICPs and go-to-market approaches.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS startup or scaleup with demonstrated results supporting sales-led GTM motions.

  • Strong project management skills. You can build and launch complete go-to-market packages (positioning, demos, content, enablement) on schedule.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling ability with a track record of creating sales assets that get used.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset. You measure impact and iterate based on conversion metrics and feedback.

  • Hunger to grow into a Senior PMM role as Trengo scales.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with enablement tools.

  • Exposure to partner co-marketing or channel marketing.

  • Understanding of hospitality, travel, ecommerce, or leisure industry workflows.
