Job Overview
cargo-partner, part of Nippon Express Holdings, is a global logistics and transport provider with a strong entrepreneurial culture and a growing presence in Romania. We are now looking for a new HR Manager to take over the leadership of our Human Resources function and further develop it.
Responsibilities
Lead the full HR agenda: recruitment, training & development, payroll & admin, employee relations, and HR policies.
Drive strategic HR initiatives that align people practices with business growth.
Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to provide insights and solutions for key decisions.
Manage regional and global HR projects (Workday HRS, culture and engagement programs, organizational development).
Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and company standards.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of solid HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and end-to-end HR processes.
Experience balancing both strategic HR leadership and hands-on implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Fluency in English (advanced level)
Attention to detail and good judgemen
