Business Analyst (Buyer & Liquidity)

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Business Analyst for our Property Vertical - Nha Tot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, customer-oriented, data-driven and strong in project management.

The Business Analyst would be responsible for delivering business intelligence & user insights, planning & building new products, and managing projects to improve users’ experience while meeting the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze market, competition landscape and user behaviors which involve user interviews, research and data deep-dive analysis.

• Analyze, segment and carry out the experiment, A/B testing to optimize users experience and improve users engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive growth for key business metrics

• Collaborate with the product team to conduct a Discovery to understand user problems and identify solutions that improve the user experience

• Work across teams to coordinate product planning, technical implementation and communication with users.

• Produce insightful dashboard given by data sources, monitor and report all metrics important to the business operation (buyers, sellers, advertisements, traffic, revenue, etc).

• Other ad-hoc duties & as assigned and paperwork.
