The Graduate, Customer Success will play a vital role in ensuring that our merchants are not only satisfied with our services but are also equipped to maximize the value of Carousell’s offerings. This role is ideal for graduates with strong communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the drive to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-moving tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing resources to help them get started.
- Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for merchant concerns or issues, resolving them quickly and professionally.
- Product Expertise: Provide guidance on how merchants can best use Carousell’s products/services to achieve their goals.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions or webinars to ensure merchants are confident and effective in using our platform.
- Data and Reporting: Monitor merchant usage, track insights, and share updates with clients and internal teams.
- Client Feedback: Collect and share merchant feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated records of merchant interactions in the CRM system.
