Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive daily and monthly sales performance (trade-in and used phone sales).

  • Deliver excellent customer experience through professional service and consultation.

  • Educate customers about trade-in options and phone conditions.

2. Team Leadership & Daily Management

  • Supervise and guide daily activities of store team members.

  • Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and motivate the team to achieve targets.

  • Ensure frontline staff are aligned with company values and sales process.

3. Store Operations & Visual Standards

  • Maintain proper store cleanliness, phone display, and merchandise layout.

  • Ensure operational SOPs are followed, including POS, trade-in flow, and testing procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve in-store operational issues.

4. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels, request restocks when needed, and ensure device quality checks.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory in coordination with Area Supervisor and central team.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily sales and trade-in reports.

  • Share customer feedback and store issues to the Area Supervisor.

  • Participate in weekly team calls or meetings.

6. Local Campaign Execution

  • Support national campaigns by executing store-level promotions and product highlights.

  • Identify local opportunities for boosting store visibility and foot traffic.
