Our Toys & Collectibles category in Singapore is buzzing with activity, from Pokémon TCG to designer toys like Labubu and Bearbrick. It's one of our fastest-growing areas, but also one where competition is fierce. To keep this momentum going, we need someone who truly understands this world from the inside out.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate collector or trader to bring their deep knowledge of the collectibles scene directly into shaping our category strategy. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, helping us understand what collectors want, how they trade, and how we can make Carousell the best place for them. If you live and breathe collectibles and want to influence the future of recommerce, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Sharing your expert knowledge of the Toys & Collectibles market, especially TCGs and designer toys.

• Monitor price trends, hype cycles, new releases, and shifts in demand across popular collectibles.

• Identify key sellers, community leaders, and power traders within the Singapore collectibles scene.

• Support initiatives to bring more high-quality supply onto the platform and enhance seller listings.

• Provide insights on what incentives and tools would best support our sellers.

• Help refine category strategies by offering benchmarks for pricing and identifying curated collections.

• Contribute to growth experiments and provide rapid feedback on how initiatives will resonate with collectors.

• Analyse competitor platforms and highlight areas where Carousell excels or faces challenges for collectors.

• Leverage AI tools to help process and summarise market trends and community discussions.
