Talent Acquisition Intern (6-month internship)

Being a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will spend your day taking part in recruitment activities:

• Update and monitor approved job posts across online channels.
• Liaise with candidates and hiring department for test & interview arrangement.
• Actively search and approach candidates to build talent pipeline under guidance of the team.
• Engage with candidates: answer inquiries and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Update recruitment status/candidate database with a timely and accurate manner.
• Receive and follow-up completion of new employees' documents submission during on-boarding period.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
• Working location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.
• Working time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday
