Job Overview

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with all Hiring Managers to develop and execute the headcount plan.

  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes for diverse positions, both Tech and Non-Tech.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach.

  • Build and maintain a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.

  • Plan and manage recruitment budgets to ensure cost-effective hiring practices.

  • Track and report recruitment performance and pipelines to the Head of Department, partners, and Direct Manager.

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team by providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.

  • Oversee the management of the HR system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

  • Maintain and update the organizational chart to reflect current company structure and roles.

  • Take other assignments as directed by the Direct Manager.

Employer Branding:

  • Participate in all regular external activities (events, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to promote the employer brand of the company.

  • Enhance and extend the company brand on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Maintain relationships with business partners (universities, communities, etc.) for recruitment purposes.

  • Engage in all company-led employee engagement activities.
