You are the sole point of contact, the charm and the harm, make the first impression and bid the last thank-you words. Candidates rely on you for landing their next career destination, and hiring managers rely on you for helping them get the right teammates.

You will contribute and make impacts through:

  • Proactively searching, identifying candidates, and generating pipelines, both active and passive, for approved and intended openings

  • Partnering with hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective high volume and high-quality search process under very tight timelines

  • Experimenting with new tools and channels to diversify sourcing strategy

  • Working closely with hiring managers to schedule and follow up on candidates selection to maximize efficiency of the recruiting process

  • Tracking and reporting key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity

  • Analyzing data (e.g., time to fill open positions, success rate of job sourcing methods and number of applications) in order to improve recruitment performance

  • Promoting employee referral programs by engaging with existing employees and following up on referrals
