⁠Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs

Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:

• Shoot and measure merchandise

• Edit and upload products

• Order fulfilment

• Warehouse management

⁠Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly

⁠Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams

⁠Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
