Job Overview

The Strategic Partnership Executive will drive strategic collaborations that accelerate Mudah’s growth, revenue, and brand visibility across multiple business lines. This includes expanding marketplace inventories and financing ecosystems, as well as developing cross-industry branding and co-marketing initiatives that bring new users and commercial opportunities to the platform.

This role also owns ongoing partner performance, campaign execution, and commercial optimisation through data-driven insights and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard high-impact partners across marketplace verticals and adjacent industries
  • Develop innovative collaboration models such as co-branded campaigns, exclusive inventories, and platform bundles
  • Structure commercial agreements that drive revenue, visibility, and long-term growth
     

Inventory & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Grow verified inventories across Auto, Motorbike, and Property through direct partner onboarding
  • Support integration of financing, insurance, and value-added services into partner journeys
  • Ensure active, accurate, and performance-driven listings on the platform
     

Branding & Growth Initiatives (Beyond Core Verticals)

  • Conceptualise and execute branding-led partnerships that increase platform awareness and user acquisition
  • Launch co-marketing campaigns, sponsored content, and strategic platform placements
  • Explore new partnership formats that strengthen brand equity and commercial impact
     

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and key accounts
  • Manage onboarding, performance reviews, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and campaign planning sessions with partners
     

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track partnership KPIs including inventory volume, leads, conversion, and revenue
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and partners
  • Use data to optimise campaigns, improve partner ROI, and drive continuous growth
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, UX, Marketing, and Vertical teams to improve partner experiences and lead flows
  • Translate partner feedback into platform improvements and new product opportunities
     

Key Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Partnership-driven revenue  (RM 400k 2026 target)
  • Active partners onboarded and retained
  • Listings/Inventory growth across verticals
  • Lead volume and conversion performance
  • Campaign effectiveness and ROI
