Event & Livestream Operations Intern
Full-time InternshipJob Overview
Ever looked at a massive event or a smooth livestream and wondered, "How did they manage a thousand tiny details without a single mistake?" At Chợ Tốt, we don't just "do events"; we build experiences.
We are looking for a Production & Operations Intern - the "Fixer" who ensures everything works, everyone knows their job, and every cent is spent wisely. You are the one who turns big ideas into reality across our 4 worlds: Cars (Xe), Property (Nhà), Jobs (Việc Làm), and Electronics/Goods (Đồ đã qua sử dụng).
If you are insanely resourceful, obsessed with checklists, and can explain exactly WHY we should spend money on a specific item, this is your playground.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Scripting (The Preparation Phase)
Detailed Planning: Support the team in creating master plans for Online & Offline events (Livestreams, Booth activations, Seminars, …). You will help draft the Timeline (what happens when), Budget (how much it costs), and Manpower (who does what).
Scriptwriting & Flow: Draft the step-by-step flow of an event. This includes writing MC scripts, livestream content flows (when to talk, when to show products), and detailed "to-do" lists for the production crew.
Trend Research: Actively search for what's trending on TikTok/Social media and suggest 3-4 specific ideas to make our livestream sessions more fun and interactive.
Coordination & On-site Execution (The Action Phase)
Stakeholder Bridge: Talk to our internal Design/Social teams and external partners (printers, booth builders, equipment rentals, …). You are responsible for making sure the physical banner looks exactly like the digital design.
The Checklist Master: Before any event or livestream starts, you will physically check every item: Are the microphones working? Is the lighting bright enough? Are the vouchers ready? Is the backdrop straight?
App & Tech Testing: Work with the Product/Tech team to test every link, button, and entry point inside the Chợ Tốt app. You are the one who finds the "broken link" before the user does.
Social Interaction: During livestreams, you will stay in the comment section to answer user questions, pin product links, and guide people on how to use discount codes.
Cost Control & Reporting (The Logic Phase)
Cost Rationale: You will help manage the event budget. You must be able to explain the logic behind every expense: Why choose this vendor? Why this material? Why this price? You treat the company's money like your own.
Data Collection: After the event, you will gather all the numbers: How many people watched/attended? What was the final cost vs. the planned budget? What did users say about the event?
Learning Report: Write a clear report after each project, listing 3 things we did well and 3 things we must improve for the next time.
