At Carousell Group, we are on a mission to inspire the world to start selling. As a Strategy Intern in the Founder’s Office, you’ll get a front-row seat to how strategic decisions are made in one of Southeast Asia’s leading marketplaces.

This is not a typical internship — you’ll work directly with senior leaders on high-impact projects, from platform monetisation and pricing studies to market research and annual planning. What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Strategy Director to deliver analyses and insights for key strategic projects.

• Conduct market research and data analysis across Carousell Group entities (Carousell, Mudah, ChoTot, and more).

• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and support stakeholder alignment.

• Get exposure to Founder’s Office initiatives including Annual Operating Plans, budgeting exercises, and growth strategies.

• Contribute ideas and value from day one in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
