Business Analyst (Supply Side)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key indicators related to supply growth, quality listings and identify opportunities to uplift inventory.
Analyse and evolve ad quality logic to identify low quality ads and improve inventory quality.
Run go-to-market campaigns for quality inventory and actively talk to users to validate findings on the ground.
Understand and analyze market, competition landscape and user behaviors which involve user interviews, research and data deep-dive analysis to identify growth gaps in specific segments and regions.
Work closely with Product and functional teams to optimize the seller experience and build solutions for the ad quality roadmap.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations to achieve the defined goals and targets. Ensure clear and continuous communication across all involved departments.
For the delegated projects, develop a detailed plan, track progress and propose optimisation plan to ensure project delivery in both timeline and results.
