Property Category Manager

Role Overview
As the Property Category Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the business performance, strategy, and growth of the Property category, acting as a key driver of Mudah.my’s marketplace leadership. This is a 360-degree, business and strategy-driven role that requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Sales, Product, Marketing and other relevant teams to grow revenue, market share, and category health. The role requires the commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and strategic ownership expected at that level.

What You’ll Do

• Own Category Strategy & Growth: Define and drive the end-to-end business strategy, growth targets, and overall health of the Property category, aligned with Mudah.my’s business objectives.
• Drive Commercial & P&L Performance: Take ownership of category-level revenue, pricing, and P&L outcomes, identifying opportunities to grow monetization and market share.
• Partner Across Functions: Work closely with Business Analysts, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align priorities, execute go-to-market plans, and deliver category-wide initiatives.
• Lead Market & Competitive Analysis: Partner with Business Analysts to translate market trends, competitor intelligence, and performance data into actionable business strategies.
• Enable Sales Growth: Equip the Sales team with category insights, tools, and value propositions that accelerate revenue and client acquisition.
• Shape Marketing & Positioning: Collaborate with Marketing to define category positioning, campaigns, and demand generation strategies that build brand and category leadership.
• Influence Product Direction: Provide the Product team with market, customer, and competitive input to shape features and offerings that strengthen the category’s competitiveness.
