Day to Day
At the core, the SDR role remains the same, cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach. Where we believe Carv is different is in the margins. Consistency and organization matter, but creativity is essential in an early-stage company.
Some recent SDR-driven initiatives include delivering bagels to local prospects in person, attending trade shows and conferences, sending coffee vouchers to shops nearby our prospects, and sending custom landing pages at scale. These ideas came from SDRs, and you will have the same opportunity to make an impact.
Challenges
It’s not all roses, we know that. We operate in a challenging environment where AI is everywhere, and we are doing one of the hardest things in sales, breaking into enterprise accounts across competitive markets.
