FullTime USD 1200 - 1500 1 MONTH

Job Overview

Location: Philippines (100% Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor (exclusive commitment)

Compensation: $1200-$1500 USD per month (commensurate with experience and skills)

About the Job

The Marketing Specialist supports and executes candidate-facing and sales-facing marketing initiatives that directly impact hiring, brand visibility, and revenue growth at Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS).

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering clean work, and wants to see their output put to use quickly. You’ll work across content, social media, and basic campaigns, partnering closely with Leadership, Talent, and Growth teams.

This role also includes direct interaction with US-based clients and stakeholders when needed. While the majority of the work is execution-focused, you will occasionally participate in meetings, provide updates, and communicate marketing progress professionally.

Clear direction is provided — success comes from ownership, consistency, follow-through, and clear communication.

About the Role

You’ll help turn ideas and priorities into published content, scheduled posts, and usable marketing assets.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working independently. While collaboration is a big part of the job, you’ll be trusted to manage your tasks, meet deadlines, and keep work moving without constant oversight.

In addition to internal collaboration, you may be asked to join client calls to provide marketing updates, clarify campaign direction, or discuss deliverables.

There may be a learning curve as you adapt to US communication standards and expectations. We are looking for someone who is coachable, proactive, and comfortable growing into client interactions over time.

If you enjoy doing meaningful work, staying organized, and supporting multiple teams through marketing execution — while gradually expanding your communication exposure — this role is a strong fit.

Content Creation & Writing

Create written content across multiple channels, including:

  • LinkedIn articles (weekly or monthly)

  • Social media captions and short-form posts

  • Candidate spotlights and success stories

  • Monthly staffer newsletters

  • Internal and external marketing announcements

Ensure all content aligns with CAS brand voice, tone, and business goals.

  • Maintain content calendars and posting consistency.

  • Monitor engagement and flag opportunities for improvement based on performance.

Media & Asset Creation

  • Social graphics

  • Simple videos or motion assets

  • Marketing visuals for campaigns or announcements

Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and usage.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support candidate-facing and sales-facing marketing campaigns.

  • Assist with Facebook ad setup, creative coordination, and basic performance tracking.

  • Coordinate quarterly Glassdoor review outreach campaigns.

  • Support campaign execution timelines and deliverables.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction (Included in Role)

  • Participate in meetings with US-based stakeholders when marketing updates are required.

  • Provide clear status updates on deliverables and campaign progress.

  • Communicate professionally via Zoom, Slack, and email.

  • Ask clarifying questions to ensure alignment and avoid miscommunication.

What Success Looks Like

  • Marketing tasks are executed consistently and on time.

  • Content is clear, on-brand, and easy to understand.

  • Social media presence is active, intentional, and organized.

  • Client interactions are handled professionally and confidently.

  • Internal teams feel supported by timely and usable marketing assets.

  • You take ownership — work moves forward without needing constant follow-ups.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in content creation, social media, or general marketing roles.

  • Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and structure.

  • Comfort creating basic visual assets using tools like Canva.

  • Strong organization and time-management skills.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

Communication Requirement:

  • Clear and confident English communication (written and verbal).

  • Comfortable participating in live meetings with US stakeholders.

  • Coachable and open to feedback on communication style.

This role is primarily execution-focused but includes client-facing interaction when needed. Candidates should be comfortable communicating directly with US stakeholders and participating in marketing update discussions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of marketing.

  • Takes pride in clean execution and reliable delivery.

  • Is comfortable learning on the job and expanding skill sets.
