Project Assistant – Digital Strategy and Transformation

Purpose of Position

• The role will be the "boots on the ground" coordinator for our Digital Transformation Projects in China.
• He/She will be accountable for the overall project success by solving operational problems using modern automation tools and AI. Mainly focusing on optimizing our Shenzhen warehouse and O2O retail operations.

Job Description

• Liaise & communicate between stakeholders & various parties for projects
• Assist in the preparation of project documents, including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans
• Perform ad-hoc configurations in the ERP or low-code platforms and support data cleansing/mapping for CSV imports.
• Build and maintain lightweight automation to bridge system gaps using UiPath, n8n, or local equivalents (Feishu Flow, Laiye).
• Provide project administrative support including scheduling meetings, status updates, troubleshooting with vendors, etc.
• Participate in UAT with product owner and prepare localized training manuals
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned whenever appropriate to meet business need

Requirement

• University degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
• 1-2 year project management / agile experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Retail or D2C industry.
• Experience in Oracle Netsuite (Preferred) or similar (Kingdee, Jushuitan) implementation, digital transformation and data analytics
• Hands-on with UiPath/n8n or equivalent (Laiye/Cyclone/Feishu Multidimensional Tables) will be an advantage
• Familiarity with using LLMs (DeepSeek, or ChatGPT) for productivity.
• Capable to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Good command of spoken and written skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
