Assistant Production Manager

Purpose of Position

• The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.

Job Description

• Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives
• Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing and warehousing. Ensure operational efficiency
• Solve or report any practical and order problems in production
• Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider                                                                 
• Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
• Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
• As a first point of contact for logistics issue

Requirement

• Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
• 5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management
• Team working
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner
