Process Technician

We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including process parameters and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Provide training and support to new team members on process operations and safety protocols.
• Basic Shift Pattern: "3 on, 4 off" (Rotating Days/Nights)
