Objectives of this Role
- Maintain accurate financial records and payroll.
- Oversee office admin and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Your Tasks
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cashflows, and invoices.
- Handle monthly payroll, staff reimbursements, and taxes.
- Manage vendor payments and procurement processes.
- Support staff onboarding and leave tracking.
- Keep documentation for compliance and audits.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in finance/admin roles.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting tools, and record keeping.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or business admin.
- Knowledge of Nigerian tax and labour laws.
