Social Recreational Club Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to hire a Social Recreational Club Manager. The Recreational Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring a high standard of delivery service, managing staff, coordinating events and programs, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for members and guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and capable of managing both administrative and hospitality aspects of the club

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the club, including facilities, staff, and member services.
• Develop and implement recreational programs, social events, and activities tailored to the interests of members.
• Supervise and manage club staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue; prepare financial reports and ensure profitability.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across all club facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for supplies, equipment, and outsourced services.
• Promote the club to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Prepare reports and updates for the club’s executive team or governing board.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8–10years of experience in recreational facility or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recreational management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
