Position: Internship Program 2026

Module: PMO Admin

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities for PMO Admin:

  1. Office management:

    • Ensure enough office supplies inclusive pantry and stationery stock.

    • Involves in office enhancements projects.

  2. Project/Contract Creation & Maintenance

    • Create and administer cbs internal & external project creation (SAP)

  3. Managing customer invoices:

    • Prepare and submit milestone relevant sales document such as acceptance certificates and approved timesheet

    • Prepare and submit invoice to customers

    • Follow up with customer on outstanding payments

  4. Claims & Expenses

    • Check and approve claims and travelling expenses.

  5. Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.

    • Registration and on-boarding of partners

    • cbs internal and external vendor registration

    • Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners
