About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our APAC Digital Sales team. You will play a key role in driving pipeline growth, qualifying leads, and supporting sales campaigns for SAP transformation initiatives across the region. This role requires a strong mix of communication skills, persistence, and data accuracy to support our regional go-to-market efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong sales pipeline by building and maintaining customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
Create and maintain a structured call plan for existing and potential customers across the APAC region.
Independently and proactively handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels (e.g. Teams, LinkedIn), qualifying prospects from assigned databases to achieve sales targets.
Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, removing duplicates, and recording all customer interactions.
Present weekly Inside Sales progress reports to the reporting manager, highlighting pipeline status and campaign performance.
Demonstrate proven sales performance, such as setting at least 3 qualified appointments per week or contributing to measurable revenue growth.
Remain effective in a desk-bound, non-customer-facing environment while driving digital engagement and lead conversions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign quality and conversion outcomes.
