Key Responsibilities

Invoice & Payment Processing

• Receive, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes (3‑way / 2‑way matching).
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments via cheque, NEFT/RTGS, ACH, or other payment methods.
• Monitor invoice approval workflows and follow up with stakeholders.
