CC.Talent is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across our offshoring and outsourcing solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of the offshore talent model and a proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding CC.Talent’s client base, positioning our services as a trusted offshoring partner, and working closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to deliver high-quality workforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the offshoring and outsourcing market

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and workforce requirements

  • Present CC.Talent’s offshoring solutions and value proposition to prospective clients

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Actively generate leads using sales and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar)

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn outreach and relationship building

  • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and pipeline data within the CRM

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor to clients

  • Understand evolving workforce needs and identify expansion opportunities

  • Ensure a smooth handover from sales to recruitment and operations teams

  • Maintain high client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to leadership

  • Contribute to sales strategy, go-to-market planning, and process improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
