Our client is an established Australian organisation operating within a professional services environment. The business manages therapist services, client billing, and third-party payer arrangements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, invoice generation, accounts receivable management, and financial record keeping.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows

  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable insights

  • Manage social media accounts including content scheduling, engagement, and growth strategies

  • Support SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings

Design & Creative

  • Create digital assets including social media graphics, ad creatives, presentations, brochures, and email templates

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms

  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms

  • Produce AI-assisted visuals where appropriate

  • Support campaign launches with high-quality creative materials


Web Support (Light Development & Maintenance)

  • Manage and update website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar)

  • Upload and optimise landing pages, blogs, product pages, and other content

  • Implement minor layout, design, or content updates

  • Coordinate with developers for larger technical updates when required

  • Apply basic HTML/CSS knowledge when needed
