Junior Global Production Support

We’re looking for a Junior Global Production Support to join us in Warsaw and assist our Global Production team in their daily work. If you’d like to gain hands-on experience in supporting the administrative and operational side of promotional materials production within the gaming industry, this role might be a great opportunity for you.

Daily Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations for basic marketing orders and collecting supplier offers.
• Placing orders for the manufacturing of physical games and merchandise items.
• Coordinating daily communication with suppliers and game distributors (worldwide).
• Maintaining ongoing cooperation with design producers regarding the preparation of production files, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and coordinating production timelines.
• Managing print materials for production (ordering color proofs, verifying files, sharing source materials with distributors).
• Conducting ongoing market research and preparing analyses and recommendations for the supervisor.
• Tracking the status of current orders to monitor supplier execution.
• Processing orders in the ERP system (purchases, sales, invoices).
• Collecting, verifying, describing, and processing invoices.
• Supporting the Global Production Team in daily administrative and organizational tasks.
