Senior Product Manager
Job Overview
Integration meets Innovation
At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.
Celigo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our eCommerce product team. In this role, you will own a critical segment of our eCommerce strategy, working alongside a team of specialized PMs to drive the roadmap and execution for our industry-leading integration applications
You will be accountable for making our platform the backbone of modern omnichannel retail operations, connecting leading DTC and B2B eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Adobe Commerce/Magento, and BigCommerce) with top-tier ERP systems, specifically NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This role demands strong systems thinking and a deep understanding of the integration lifecycle. You will balance the needs of the "Builder" persona (extensible architecture) and the "Business User" (frictionless experience), leading your team through Problem Discovery, Solution Design, and Product Delivery to ship valuable, feasible capabilities.
What would you do if hired?
Product Strategy and Vision
- Drive Integration & Connector Strategy: Drive the end-to-end strategy for both integration apps and core connectors, ensuring consistent data models and reliable sync patterns across the commerce ecosystem.
- Define API-First Architecture: Lead a modular, API-first approach to enable extensible and configurable integration workflows across various platforms.
- Market Alignment: Own the product roadmap for your domain, maintaining our leadership in the NetSuite market while identifying opportunities to grow our footprint in Microsoft D365.

- Connector & API Management: Manage the technical lifecycle of connectors, including roadmap ownership for API version upgrades and managing technical debt to ensure performance.
- Technical Specification: Translate customer requirements and third-party API specifications into clear feature requirements and user stories.
- Orchestrate Product Triads: Collaborate with engineering and design through product triads to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support solution engineering, onboarding, and customer adoption.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma to manage workflow, and use analytics platforms to track outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities and integration capabilities.
Customer Focus
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers and partners to understand integration use cases, friction points, and success metrics.
- Commerce Lifecycle Optimization: Focus on the business workflows that drive commerce—primarily Order-to-Cash (O2C), but also Inventory Availability, and Returns/Refunds.
- UX Partnership: Partner with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive integration configuration experiences that simplify complex mappings for the end-user.
What Success Looks Like
- Reliability: Customers reliably sync orders, inventory, and tracking information end-to-end without manual intervention or orphaned runs.
- Connector Health: Core connectors (e.g., NetSuite, D365) remain up-to-date with the latest vendor APIs, with a defined strategy for managing deprecations.
- Growth: Successful launch and adoption of new features that result in measurable revenue growth and customer acquisition across both NetSuite and Microsoft markets.
- Usability: Builders and merchants confidently install, configure, and troubleshoot integrations, utilizing intuitive error handling and logging.
- Adoption: Adoption of new features scales across our install base, with repeatable success patterns for both managed and unmanaged integrations.
