Job Overview

1. Growth, Sales, Revenue, and Profitability

  • Develop the annual budget for offline paylater, covering sales, revenue, costs, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
  • Propose budget adjustments when business performance deviates from the approved plan, whether due to sales growth or decline.
  • Monitor and evaluate offline channel performance to ensure continuous growth and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate offline channel performance to ensure profitability in line with company targets.

2. Merchant, Pricing, and Promotion Monitoring

  • Propose merchant risk classification and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Risk team.
  • Work with the Risk team to determine pricing strategies based on risk levels and merchant geographic locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional activities in the offline channel to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Ensure that pricing and promotional strategies are aligned with potential risk exposure.

3. Sales Capacity

  • Collaborate with the Head of Offline Sales to define sales team headcount and propose organizational structure changes aligned with business strategy and field requirements.
  • Support monitoring to ensure sales team fulfillment (from Promoters to Regional Sales Managers) meets the approved headcount.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Performance Monitoring team on recruitment processes and act as a liaison with other departments to resolve hiring challenges.

4. Performance Monitoring

  • Coordinate with Sales Performance and Merchant Monitoring teams to review sales team and merchant performance.
  • Monitor and review store-level targets.
  • Propose and review reward and punishment mechanisms for both sales teams and merchants.

5. Area Expansion & Extension

  • Collaborate with the offline sales team to analyze and propose expansion of offline business areas.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for approved expansions (e.g., Business Development, Infrastructure, Recruitment, Systems, Training, etc.).
  • Monitor and ensure expansion readiness is on track, enabling timely go-live according to the defined schedule.
