Job Overview

  • Create, manage, and standardise project documentation from start to close-out;
  • Compile and maintain Project Safety Files and client technical manuals (O&M manuals);
  • Manage document control, versioning, and project folder structures;
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions;
  • Support shipment documentation (packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, export docs);
  • Coordinate travel and site logistics for installation and commissioning teams;
  • Compile complete project close-out and handover documentation packs; and
  • Support the PMO Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
