Job Overview
- Create, manage, and standardise project documentation from start to close-out;
- Compile and maintain Project Safety Files and client technical manuals (O&M manuals);
- Manage document control, versioning, and project folder structures;
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions;
- Support shipment documentation (packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, export docs);
- Coordinate travel and site logistics for installation and commissioning teams;
- Compile complete project close-out and handover documentation packs; and
- Support the PMO Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
