Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid working, 3-days a week in the office)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours Monday to Friday (Core working 10am to 3pm)

What you’ll do

You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, managing their journey from onboarding through to renewal and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers throughout their contract lifecycle.

  • Manage all queries related to your portfolio and ensure they’re resolved accurately and within agreed SLAs.

  • Oversee onboarding, data validation, and account setup, ensuring smooth transitions and great first impressions.

  • Produce and validate customer invoices, offering bespoke options where required.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date (payments, meter details, customer information, and billing data).

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Billing, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive communication to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Support renewal discussions by ensuring customers have accurate and timely information about their accounts.
