We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Content to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is a local professional with strong content and client management experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee content strategy and execution across major client accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle — from ideation and production to publishing and performance tracking.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence.
• Supervise content teams to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant, and engaging content.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and social teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all projects.
• Stay ahead of market trends and apply insights to elevate content performance and innovation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Based in Riyadh (or able to work on-site full time).
• Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
• 5–8 years of experience in content management, social media, or creative agencies.
• Proven track record managing large-scale clients, ideally including governmental or high-profile brands.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and storytelling.
