What You’ll Do

As a key member of our tight-knit, three-person warehouse team, you ensure our field crews have the best, safest tools in their hands. Your day-to-day will include:

• Precision Maintenance: Inspect, service, and perform minor repairs on a variety of gear - from drills and grinders to generators and pressure washers.
• Inventory Leadership: Fulfill tool orders from request forms and phone calls, ensuring our sites have exactly what they need, when they need it.
• Safety Stewardship: Conduct incoming/outgoing inspections. At Chandos, safety isn't a checkbox; it's a core value.
• Logistics & Coordination: Manage the flow of tools across warehouse zones and coordinate with external partners for specialized recertifications.
• Workspace Excellence: Help maintain a clean, organized, and highly functional shop environment.
