Channel Manager (m/f/d)

***This position is based in the Philippines and Vietnam, with remote working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

The Channel Manager is responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners (B2B), with primary responsibility for Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The role focuses on growing Chaos’ Channel business within these markets by achieving sales targets through resellers and distributors, recruiting, onboarding, training, and enabling partners to successfully sell the relevant product portfolio.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive effective local market execution. Assigned markets may evolve over time based on business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through channel partners (B2B).

  • Own and manage channel partner performance across Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam, ensuring strong local execution of regional channel strategy.

  • Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company's strategy.

  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring productive collaboration.

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners.

  • Provide sales training and motivation to partner sales teams.

  • Act as the primary contact for managed accounts.

  • Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance.

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, finance, support) to support partner success.

  • Forecast sales performance and maintain CRM records.

  • Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.

  • Identify and develop new channel opportunities.

  • Participate in key account sales, co-selling, and partner events.
