Junior Account Manager (m/f/d)
***This position is based in Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***
This role exists to drive growth, engagement, and brand penetration within the global education segment, focusing on high-value academic institutions, strategic partnerships, and scalable educator engagement programs
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a new-business pipeline with universities, leading outreach, qualification, and conversion activities that contribute directly to ARR growth and curriculum penetration.
Identify expansion, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities by understanding curriculum and program needs.
Actively participate in pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting through Salesforce.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve education go-to-market initiatives.
Provide GTM operational support by setting up outbound campaigns in SalesLoft (or similar sequencing tools).
Provide operational support for EDU sales focused on educator validation and engagement.
Manage customer lifecycle activities in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate recordings of renewals, upsell opportunities, and account health metrics
