Junior Education Account Manager (m/f/d)

***This position is based in Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

The Education Associate role is diverse in both expertise and responsibilities. The Education Associate is a flexible and proactive professional capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining excellent customer support.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills to handle internal projects, deliver accurate analyses and market data, track weekly metrics, and support the successful implementation of team initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Address educational customers’ inquiries about Chaos products and services via email or phone in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Provide product information to assist customers in making purchase decisions.

  • Verify student and educator status proofs submitted through the online store daily. Coordinate order cancellations or upgrades when proof is not presented per company policy.

  • Manage cases through Zendesk; transfer cases to other teams as needed for resolution.

  • Gather feedback and identify common questions or issues to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely responses.

  • Support the implementation of educational initiatives and projects focused on students and educational institutions such as educator engagement campaigns through SalesLoft, anti-piracy initiatives or market research.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, feedback, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze data to support business objectives.

  • Provide coverage for teammates when necessary.
