Channel Enablement Manager

We are expanding our channel enablement function to help partners ramp faster, sell more effectively, and confidently position Chaos solutions with customers.

We are looking for someone who can independently create enablement content, translate product capabilities into compelling partner-facing narratives, and support partners through demos, workshops, and practical selling scenarios.

As Channel Enablement Manager, you will combine partner-facing experience with strong content creation skills to drive partner readiness from onboarding through advanced use cases.

What You’ll Do:

Partner Onboarding & Readiness

  • Build structured, scalable partner enablement programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.

  • Collaborate with Channel Managers to ensure onboarding and training plans align with regional GTM needs.

Enablement Content Creation

  • Independently create enablement content such as:

    • Partner pitch decks and demo flows.

    • Use-case-based training modules.

    • Solution positioning guides and battlecards.

    • Workshop materials and hands-on exercises.

  • Translate product features into clear value propositions, customer stories, and partner-ready messaging.

  • Continuously evolve content based on partner feedback, field insights, and product updates.

Partner Workshops & Field Enablement

  • Deliver 1:1 and small-group workshops for priority partners in collaboration with regional Channel Managers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners on product positioning, customer use cases, and best-practice selling motions.

Training Programs & LMS

  • Help build and maintain a partner-focused Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Develop and maintain a continuous partner training cadence.

  • Track performance and engagement metrics to improve program effectiveness.
