We are looking for an energetic and strategic Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to own and drive our ABM motions across the mid and upper market. This role is responsible for building and executing Chaos’ one-to-one and one-to-few ABM programs, from developing account strategies to running high performing campaigns and activating target accounts based on intent data.

You will work closely with Sales leadership and act as a key sparring partner to the Team Lead Growth Marketing, VP Growth, CMO, and CRO. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives on creating impact, shaping new motions, and driving meaningful engagement with high value accounts.

The ideal candidate brings ABM experience in B2B SaaS, LinkedIn media buying skills, and familiarity with intent platforms like 6sense.

Duties and Responsibilities

ABM Strategy and Alignment

  • Lead the creation of the Chaos ABM playbook and establish scalable, repeatable ABM processes and best practices.

  • Partner closely with Team Lead Growth Marketing, VP Growth, CMO, CRO, and Sales leadership to align goals and orchestrate account plays.

  • Collaborate with hunters and SDRs to strengthen account engagement.

Target Account Identification

  • Build and refine target account lists based on ICP, personas, and 6sense intent signals.

  • Identify expansion opportunities in current customers and uncover key white space accounts.

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Develop compelling campaign concepts tailored to priority accounts.

  • Drive campaigns across creative, content and website teams to deliver assets aligned with ABM narratives and central tracking tools.

  • Bonus: Ability to own hands-on media buying and optimization inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Sales Collaboration

  • Drive tight marketing and sales alignment across all ABM motions.

  • Provide actionable engagement insights and recommendations for next best actions.

Reporting and Optimization

  • Monitor account activity across LinkedIn, website, and intent tools.

  • Build clear reporting and dashboards with support from RevOps and data teams.

  • Optimize ABM plays based on engagement data and Sales feedback.
