Product Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Designer who will take primary ownership of our Design System while also contributing regularly to hands-on product design work.

This is a highly collaborative IC role where you will balance system-level responsibilities with daily product design tasks such as flows, wireframes, UI screens, prototyping, and design reviews. You will partner closely with engineering, product managers, and fellow designers to ensure our design system scales, remains coherent, and supports product excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, governance, and evolution of our design system.

• Maintain and evolve design tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.

• Partner with engineers to define component logic, states, and accessibility standards.

• Support product teams in adopting system components and workflows.

• Balance systems work with regular IC product design tasks, including feature design, UX flows, UI design, prototyping, and usability improvements.

• Contribute to the visual and interaction quality of both system components and product experiences.

• Drive consistency and scalability across the entire product ecosystem.
