Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for leading the RevOps function and serves as the senior commercial partner to the CRO and Revenue Organisation leadership. The role combines line management of the RevOps team with direct ownership of core operational activities, including forecasting, GTM strategy, and commercial analysis. It sits at the centre of commercial decision-making within the Revenue Organisation, using data and operational insight to inform and support decisions made by our Revenue leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the RevOps team of 3 employees, providing clear direction and managing performance and capability-building, while remaining directly involved in forecasting, pipeline reviews, and strategic analysis.

  • Act as the sole commercial business partner into the Revenue Organisation, holding the stakeholder relationship with RevOrg leadership.

  • Operationalise GTM strategy — designing territory coverage, segmentation, and quota frameworks, and partnering with Sales Operations on execution across Direct, Channel, and Customer Success.

  • Own the revenue forecast end-to-end, including the assumptions, the cadence, and the business commitment behind the number.

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable analytical briefs — scoping each question with context, deadline, and priority — and route them to the Business Data Analytics team for execution.

  • Contextualise and own the insight layer, interpreting analytical findings and owning the resulting commercial recommendation rather than just the underlying data.

  • Define the KPIs and metrics that reflect what good looks like across the Revenue Organisation.

  • Run the commercial operating rhythm — pipeline reviews, projection cadences, the monthly sales flash, and performance analysis.
