Job Overview
About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Creative Designer to join our growth team and drive powerful, consistent brand experiences across digital channels. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while also producing high-impact visual content that elevates engagement and conversion. This is a hybrid role combining strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
· Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising, content marketing).
· Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), providing reports and actionable insights to optimize ROI and KPIs.
· Manage and maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.
· Optimize visual assets for various digital platforms and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns for performance.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer teams to align messaging.
Creative Design
· Design and create visually appealing and effective digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, display ads, presentations, and other brand collateral.
· Produce engaging multimedia content (e.g., short videos, GIFs, animations) for digital campaigns.
- Create brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate on campaign concepts, storytelling, and visual identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or both.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work for campaigns, social, or digital ads.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Canva/Figma.
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Additional Skills:
- Video editing or motion graphics experience.
- UI/UX design understanding.
- Copywriting or content strategy.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian consumer behavior or fintech industry.
