We are seeking a part-time intern to support our marketing team with label update projects. This role will focus on administrative and process-related tasks to help keep projects moving efficiently through internal approval systems.
This position will report into the Marketing Director.

We are seeking a part-time intern to support our marketing team with label update projects. This role will focus on administrative and process-related tasks to help keep projects moving efficiently through internal approval systems.
This position will report into the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload high-resolution label image files into internal approval systems in a timely manner
- Monitor project status dashboards and track items through the approval process
- Provide multiple daily status updates on project progress
- Identify delays and escalate issues to the team as needed
- Support the marketing team with additional project coordination tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred
- Interest in marketing, graphic design, or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with multiple files and tracking systems
- Reliable and able to work independently
