The Role
Employee will work in a food processing facility working on a production line team to create finished good products.
Essential Responsibilities
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 2 hours to work at each processing station.
- Able to work in cold a refrigerated environment of 34 -37 degrees.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs. frequently.
- Processing food according to HACPP regulations.
- Cut food items to recipe specification.
- Weigh servings to meet product weight requirement.
- Pack items in designated containers or bags per customer order.
- Report discrepancies to supervisors.
- If the line is down, may be required to rework on other product or clean up processing line and floor area.
- Other duties as assigned
