WHAT YOU’LL DO.
Account Supervisors lead the daily management of the business — driving strategic development, coordinating projects, ensuring creative excellence, and shepherding work from idea through delivery.
As our next Account Supervisor, you’ll be part of the lab team, mixing strategy, creativity, and execution to produce breakthrough work. On any given day, you can expect to...
- Lead daily account management across planning, project coordination, execution, and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while gaining exposure to senior-level stakeholders.
- Package emails and presentations that clearly communicate strategy, creative, and media plans tailored to the audience (VP, CMO, etc.).
- Partner with strategy and creative leads to align on narrative and ensure presentations tell a compelling, strategic story.
- Review materials through the client lens to ensure clarity, completeness, and effectiveness.
- Ensure flawless execution of deliverables — polished decks, complete materials, accurate media plans, and timely invoices.
- Steward the financial health of the account, including tracking burn against scope, reviewing A/R reports, and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Balance tactical execution with big-picture thinking — identifying business challenges, opportunities for growth, and smarter ways forward.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior account team members when applicable.
- Manage up consistently, keeping leadership informed of client health, risks, and key updates.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
Science tells us that the most effective Account Supervisors (and ideal candidates for this role) bring a good mix of the following elements to the table:
- The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through a combo of education/formal training and 5–7 years’ work experience in account management within an integrated agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and execution of complex client initiatives.
- Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and invoice oversight.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader business objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and storytelling.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with strategy, creative, media, and production teams.
- Leadership and mentorship experience supporting junior team members.
